Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We wouldn't dream of using products that have been tested on animals. Rest assured all of our items are 100% cruelty-free.

Do you offer a loyalty scheme?

Of course we do! We like our customers to know that we really do appreciate their custom, therefore we keep record of orders placed. When you place your 10th order, you will get a surprise from Scented Delights absolutely free!

What are wax melts?

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax - similar to a candle but without the wick! Simply warm up your wax by using a tealight heated burner or an electric one.

What's the difference between tealight and electric burners?

With a tealight burner you must place the wax melt in the well and then put a lit tealight in the bottom. With an electric burner you pop the wax melt into the well, plug in and you're all set! Ensure you remove all packaging before placing the wax melt into the burner.

Are your products safe for the environment?

Our wax is 100% naturally sourced which caused little to no damage to our environment. Safety data sheets are available upon request. Please allow 7-10 working days for this if requested.

I'm struggling to place an order on the website. What can I do?

If it's a techincal issue on our website please get in touch using our 'contact us' page. However, at Scented Delights we understand that not everyone will get on well with the web. Therefore we have extra measures in place to assist with this. You can either email us or give us a call/sms on 07384368719. Orders will be dispatched upon full payment.


Where do you ship to?

We like everyone to have the opportunity to use Scented Delights' products, therefore, we offer international shipping.

What should I do if my parcel doesn't arrive on the said date?

We will keep you in the loop of any orders you place, so there shouldn't be any confusion with delayed orders. If you do have any enquiries about an order please emial us with your order number and query at or submit the form on our 'contact us' page and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will always dispatch your orders on time but Covid-19 may affect delivery times with our courier.
